1. Will be handling the upcoming construction projects.

2. Preparation of Facility management budgets and monitor subsequent performance.

3. Manage the budget efficiently and yield cost savings where possible without compromising quality of service.

4. Maintain site accommodation and services, through contractors and direct labour, in most cost effective way.

5. Ability to use logical and creative thought processes to develop solutions for short term and long term building systems needs.

6. Concerned with the Property Searching and searching the clients.

7. Willing to Travel.

8. Own Conveyance must.

Excellent Communication skills.

Willing to Travel to areas like Dadri , Bulandshahr, Gr. noida.
