Responsible for Recruitment of Retail Business of Staples
Recruiting Store Managers, Department Managers, Sales Associate, etc
Solely responsible for HR for West & North India
Managing employee life cycle from entry to exit
Support Corporate HR with respect to MIS
Single point of contact for Retail - Employee Engagement, Employee Relations
Role will be 60% Recruitment & 40% HR Operations
Position reporting to Assistant Manager - HR Corporate
Desired Profile
Any Graduate with experience in Recruitment of Retail Staff across
Should be Aggressive with good communication skill
Should have good understanding of Retail Business
Candidates from Retail Company or Retail Consultancy can apply for the role
