B.Arch, BE Civil with prior experience in land acquisition.
To handle Site / Land Acquisition for RETAIL PROJECTS FOR COMPANY
Should have knowledge of land & purchase formalities and transactions.
Must have good market research acumen to handle Site / Land Acquisition for RETAIL PROJECTS FOR COMPANY
Contemporary and relevant knowledge of state laws pertaining to land purchase.
Responsible for legal scrutinizes, registration formalities required for land/properties.
Negotiation and finalization of commercial terms and conditions.
Job Description
Designing, Developing and ensuring implementation of retail identities in order to setup successful and impactful retail showroom.
Ensure implementation within stipulated cost, time and stipulated period
Ensure that all post opening issues at retail outlets are attended to within stipulated time
Advise sales managers on corrective actions required
Preparing project feasibility reports based on the rules, regulations and laws of different regions/cities
Ability to do surveys and to do analysis on the data capture through surveys.
